Our aim is to connect local farmers and producers directly with their customers, to cut out the middle man and shorten the supply chain.

We also want to do the same for our customers, to give them a direct connection to the food they eat and to provide them with delicious and nutritious food, produced in the right way and sold for a fair price.

We produce what we are able to ourselves, and anything on top of that will be sourced from excellent local producers that we are proud to work with, casting our net wider only when we cant find what we’re looking for on our doorstep.

The shop is totally self service, a kind of high tech honesty box. This allows us to pass cost savings on to our farmers and producers, and to support our local ecosystem.
